Tape should be without any through holes, cracks, riffles, bubbles, pits throughout and without small breaks on the edges. The surface of the roll is smooth. Black color. The tape is made from polyvinylchloride compound by drum calendering method

USAGE

Polyvinylchloride insulation tape without adhesive layer is used as a wrapper as apart of combined protective coatings of reinforced and standard types while building and repairing oil trunk pipeline, oil and gas product pipelines.

According to consumers’ requirements, the tape may be produced of different thickness, width and length. 

 

PACKAGING Rolls with cardboard and polyethylene spools. Every roll is packed into a polypropylene bag. The weight of a roll is 25-30 kg.
SHELF LIFE 1 year. The tape should be stored indoors vertically, far from sunlight and rainfall, far from corrosive media and organic solvents. Its possible to store it at the temperature not more than 400 C below zero.
DISPATCHING METHOD 30-40 tones railroad car. Tape is not a hazardous cargo.
NOTE The tape can be applied at the ambient temperature: Grade A from -300C up to +40; Grade B from -20 up to +40.
